Landscape Watercolor Virtual Workshop March 18

Join me Saturday, March 18th from 10am to 1pm for a virtual workshop at Winslow Art Center: Bluffs and Buttes, Rocks and Ridges. I’ll demonstrate some quick sketching, on-location types of work, plus more carefully crafted studio paintings like the one pictured above: Zabriskie Point in Death Valley National Park. You’ll learn how to carve out the beautiful forms of mountains using brushwork, wet-into-wet, wiping out and glazing methods. Once you register, you can watch the recording live or anytime that is convenient for you. Helpful critiques are part of these online workshops so you can share your own work both during and after the workshop.
