Yosemite Conservancy Painters

Here is the group of painters who joined me at Yosemite last weekend. It was a talented and dedicated group. We are in the El Capitan meadow painting the grand monolith— and the man in the red shirt on the left hand side is a photographer who specializes in photographing climbers. Our view was much wider—this was just one of many sites we painted at. Beautiful weather and wonderful participants, including the Conservancy Art Program Director, Lora Spielman-dell Isola. I’m going to be working on several sketches tomorrow morning in the online class I am teaching for Winslow Art Center: Sketching and Painting Nature in Autumn.
